Alloy Mechanical Contracting was founded in 2017 to bring craftsmanship, accountability and field-driven leadership to commercial mechanical work in Calgary.
17+ years in the mechanical trade.
Wade Fawcett has been in the mechanical industry for over 17 years. He became a Red Seal Journeyman plumber and a Class B gasfitter at the age of 22. From very early on in his career he was given the opportunity to manage his own projects, effectively planning and executing field-level work with contract values up to $1,000,000.
Wade then moved on to become a site manager, running multiple sites and crews on larger commercial projects. He has overseen projects from both site and management levels ranging in contract value from $10K to $25M — including 2–3 storey office buildings, strip malls, restaurants, 10,000 to 200,000 sq ft warehouses, tenant improvements, commercial retrofits, custom homes, wood-framed multi-family complexes, and high-rise (concrete) multi-family complexes.
Wade's greatest asset is his drive to continue to grow and succeed. In the spring of 2017 he used that ambition and his extensive field experience to start Alloy Mechanical Contracting.
